Hello,
I am Justin VandenHeuvel, the Parts and Service Manager for Bay Tek Entertainment, and I have been part of The Village Companies since September of 2007. When I first started, I worked in the manufacturing area as a production employee. I quickly realized how great of a company this was and knew I would be here long-term. I then worked my way through production learning as much as I could before taking my knowledge and skills to our Launch Pad team where we bring the R&D products to life and get them ready for production by setting up the manufacturing processes and creating the manuals. From there, I steered my path to Parts and Service where I became a Parts and Service Technical support representative. I quickly found a niche and really enjoyed dealing with the customers and creating friendships with a lot of the techs in the field. In March of 2021, got the opportunity to take over the department and lead the team! I am grateful for the growth and opportunity that The Village offers employees. There are not many places you can go to work and love what you do, but I wake up every weekday morning looking forward to coming in and having some FUN with my team. As The Village continues to grow I can only continue to see more growth opportunities within all the businesses. The culture is second to none, and the family atmosphere is what makes The Village the most unique place to work and be a part of. There is also a ton of flexibility to allow me to spend time with my family as my kids continue to grow and join more sports. It’s great to be able to leave early to make sure I can support what my kids love to do. This truly is an amazing and fun company to be a part of and, of course, I may be biased, but we make GAMES for a living and get to play everything we make – how cool is that?!
