I am Kenzi Danielson, and I am the Administrative Assistant for MCL Industries. My journey at The Village Companies has been incredible. I couldn't have been given a better opportunity! Back in April 2021, I started as a Human Resource intern while still attending college to obtain my Associate's Degree in Human Resource Management. The Village was flexible with my school schedule, I was able to juggle both school and work! Over the past nine months, I’ve learned there is always room for improvement and growth within The Village, which is amazing. It allowed me to put all my different skills and knowledge to the test. It is a great feeling knowing I am working for a company that cares about our happiness. The Village ensures employees are happy working here. I love knowing I can grow within the company because we offer so many different opportunities. Transferring from an intern to an Administrative Assistant has been an amazing learning experience. When I first started, I was terrified, but everyone was so welcoming and helpful! The people I work with are not just co-workers, they are family. I choose to be a Villager for all those reasons, but the atmosphere and culture here are one of a kind, and the reason I work here! The family, culture, and atmosphere at The Village are why I love being a Villager. The love shared throughout the company is incredible.
